Looking for more information about the AVRCD lawn Reduction Rebate Program? RCSD is hosting a special workshop where you can get all your questions answered in-person. 

Workshops are at 9am and 11am with a question and answer session in between.

The lawn rebate program provides residents who are not eligible for other similar programs $1 per square foot of lawn removed, reimbursement for landscape design, and plant materials for the new yard. The program covers any areas of irrigated lawn in front, side, and back yards. To qualify, lawns must be replaced with plants covering at least 25% of the area and remain for at least five years.
