RCSD is proud to provide the community of Rosamond safe and healthy water and sewer service, and graffiti abatement. As a California Special District, our team is limited these functions. Public Safety

The Kern County Sheriff  and Kern County Fire provide policing and public safety services for our community. Fire station 15 is in Rosamond and the nearest sheriff substation is in Mojave.
