Rosamond Community Services District is excited to bring you informational bills, officially known as Utility Service Statements. These bills give you more detailed information on your current and historical water and sewage use, payments made, outstanding balances, and other important account information.

Are you a mobile home owner who leases a space in a park? You may have noticed part of your water and sewer bill moving from your monthly service statement from RCSD to your monthly lease payment. Click here for more information.
