Making a bill payment

  • You may pay online
  • Pay over the phone (see below)
  • Pay in the office
  • Use our Drive-thru
  • Mail in your bill

To make a payment over the phone:

  1. Get your Phone Payment ID off your monthly bill, below your address.
  2. Call 661-256-3411
  3. Select option 1
  4. Follow the audio instructions

You will be transferred to our automated phone pay system, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Welcome to Rosamond! Getting your water turned on is a snap. You may either come in to our office and ask one of friendly customer service representatives for an application for Water & Sewer service or you may download an application for Water & Sewer service here, fill it out and bring it in to the office along with a picture ID and the applicable admin/deposit fees.

Free viewers are required for some of the attached documents.
They can be downloaded by clicking on the icons below.
