While RCSD is limited in our authority by the state law and local voters, our team does share responsibility with Kern County for cleaning up graffiti in our community. This task, also known as graffiti abatement, is one in which we take great pride because it directly improves our community. But we need your help in our efforts to keep Rosamond beautiful and graffiti free.
